The Winding Machines
There are different kinds of winding machines in relation to the product configuration.

Spindle winding machine
The concept is based on bobbin rotation onto the spindle and the wire is layered onto the bobbin

Flyer winding machine
The concept is based on stationary bobbin and the wire is rotating and layered onto the bobbin

Interpolation winding machine
The concept is based on stationary pole and the wire is interpolating and layered onto the pole

Interpolation winding machine

To comply with the production cadence that is normally requested in industry, the winding process takes place on several units, working in parallel on the same machine.

Stand alone Winding Machine

 Example of base winding machine complete with: base, winding head, 3 programmable axes system, programmable for wire guide bar movement, mechanical index of spindles with 4 positions at 90°, scrap unload with wire parking clamp, tensioner holders for TEP or MT tensioners on one row. This Winding Machine has a spindle motorization and 3 axes of the wireguide bar (brushless). Electric and pneumatic circuits, calibration and SW for mechanic and electronic zero, management PC with trolley, modem, statistics (ICS) and SW forpreventive maintenance.

Mars 2-250 Winding Machine

Winding machine with two linear spindles, made especially for heavy duty wires. It can be supplied with optional devices to answer the different requests, such as the taping unit and the possibility to work up to three different wires for the winding in sequence. The TEPand the MT electronic programmable tensioners, the wire stripping devices and the adjustable cutting by scissors can be fitted on this machine.

Mars 18-50 Winding machine

Winding machine with 18 spindles for high volume production, made especially for start/end winding of bobbins with very small wire and high number of turns. Due to its high produtcion rate it can be connected to automatic lines. It is equipped with the load/unload shuttle to transfer the pieces from the spindles to the line. Upon customer’s request it can work at a speed of 18,000 rpm.

Mars 8-60 Winding Machine

Winding machine with 8 spindles for high volume production. The load/unload shuttle gives the possibility to connect the winding machine to automatic lines, especially for start/end winding of small bobbins and wires. The wire stripping and taping device, the automatic skeinner and the programmable electronic tensioners and the MT can be fitted on this winding machine.

Light winding machine with two linear spindles. This winding machine can be supplied with optional devices to answer the different requests, such as the taping unit and the possibility to work up to three different wires for the winding in sequence.
